Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day. 

During high-volume sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Shipping Rate:

  • $0.00-$49.99 -- $9.95
  • $50.00-$69.99 -- $12.95
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $70.00

Local pickup: Available upon request

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

We primarily ship via:

  • USPS
  • UPS

Carrier selection is based on the most efficient delivery method for your location.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Reach out to the shipping carrier directly

If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
